Can I do walk-ins at the physical shop?

Yes, you can visit our shop anytime during our opening hours. (Follow our IG @mong.appetit for updates on opening hours)

Can I bring my pet(s) with me?

Yes! But please use a leash/ stroller/ carrier for the safety of both your pet(s) and other pets that you may meet at the shop.

Can I do self-collection / arrange my own courier to pick up my order?

Yes, you can WhatsApp us at 8840 9118 to place a self-pickup order.

If arranging your own courier, you can inform us in advance and provide the courier with your order number.

Do you accept cash at the shop?

Yes, we accept cash.

Can I microwave the frozen treats?

Yes, but only use the defrost setting for 20-30 seconds.

What is the shelf-life for your treats?

Frozen treats : 3 months in the freezer, 3-5 days in the chiller (only thaw the portion you are serving, keep the rest in the freezer)

Shelf-stable treats : 3 months in an airtight container stored in a cool, dry place
